​We know that human resources services are important to our members’ success, but they also can be challenging to access. That’s where the CHQ Chamber can help small local businesses.

In partnership with the Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier, the CHQ Chamber offers a variety of tools through the Zywave Performance Suite that can help business owners with compliance and risk management, education and training, and people management.
 
One of those tools is an easy-to-use online platform that allows local companies to address the New York State requirements for sexual harassment prevention compliance. This is a true value-added product for all Chamber members, and it comes at no charge above your Main Street I level investment.
